Let’s take 3 intentional deep breaths
If you have ever had an internet meeting with me, you know that I start every meeting this way.
Taking intentional breaths is one of my most reliable grounding practices. It always amazes me how something so simple as breathing can be so grounding and transformative.
Breathwork is an ancient practice with roots in multiple cultures. When I”m not traveling I actually start each day with the below breathwork routine
let’s regulate our nervous systems together!!!
Tomorrow (November 5th) I’m holding a little zoom meeting where we will take breaths and do some gentle movement to regulate our nervous system!
We will be meeting over zoom at 12pm PST/ 3pm EST!!

My practice of self regulation is inspired by a quote from Thich Naht Hanh
